As a faculty member at a premier continuing education institute for seven years, I’ve spoken with literally thousands of dental professionals about the gap that exists between education & implementation. I teach communication skills to bridge that gap in fun, interactive and impactful programs.
My programs focus on the power of purpose to create positive energy, team work and sustainable success. I’m Ginny Hegarty, dentistry’s human resource expert and I teach doctors and teams to tap into the power of why. Why they get out of bed in the morning, why they do what they do, and how, once they learn how to engage each other’s hearts and hands, they can do so much more than fix teeth.
