I’ve had the honor of working with thousands of dental professionals, as my career has been a journey that has taken me from the assistant’s chair at my own family dentist at the age of sixteen, to return from college to work my way up through every administrative position, to the manager’s desk as a practice administrator, to my role as a liaison with a practice management software firm, to the hot seat as founder and president of my company, Dental Practice Development, Inc., to a featured speaker at prestigious institutes, and the international stage as a sought-after speaker and coach.

I’ve been honored to be a faculty presenter for the American Dental Association’s Executive Certificate Program with the University of Notre Dame. This was a big deal for my Irish Catholic, football loving family! I was a featured speaker at the Las Vegas Institute for seven years and have presented Practice Management 101 to students at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. I proudly served as an ADA Consultant to the Council on Dental Practice and as President of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and have been featured in podcasts with The Academy of General Dentistry.

Through all of this, as well as my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources [SPHR], I have kept the focus where it belongs on leadership & communication. Great results and great partnerships are built through leadership conversations, understanding, innovation, advocacy and consistent, open communication.
